Zone No. 2-         Beginning at the DeWitt-Victoria County line on U.S. Highway87, thence south along U.S. Highway 87 junction of U.S. Highway 87 and U.S. Highway 59 at the City of Victoria, thence west along U.S. Highway 59 then north along FM 1685 then west along FM 1685 to Coletoville Road south then west along US Highway 59 south to the Victoria-Goliad County line, thence north along the Victoria-Goliad-DeWitt County lines, thence northeast along the Victoria-DeWitt County line to the point of beginning.
